Let’s be real—this time of year feels like the world is hitting the snooze button. Everything is in hibernation mode, and honestly? That’s not a bad thing. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and breathe before we dive headfirst into the new year.
But here’s the kicker: while the world rests, we’re bombarded with this pressure to go all-in, set huge goals, and “crush it” come January 1. Sound familiar?
Here’s the thing—it doesn’t have to be that way. What if, instead of sprinting into 2025, we took it slow and steady? What if we spent some time just…getting curious?
Jordan Peterson once said, "Don't aim too high." Now, before you roll your eyes, hear me out. He doesn’t mean give up on big dreams. He’s saying that if your goals feel impossible, you’ll lose steam fast (hello, February burnout).
The trick? Start small. Think baby steps that lead to big changes.
This is exactly what we teach in the Freedom Movement Certificate Program: how to set realistic, bite-sized goals that actually stick.
So, as 2025 creeps closer, here’s my challenge for you:
1. Start Getting Curious Instead of diving into a million resolutions, take a step back. What do you really want for your life? What excites you? What would make you proud by the end of next year?
2. Think Small to Win Big Forget the “all or nothing” mentality. What’s one small, achievable thing you can do now that moves you closer to your big dreams?
3. Heal Your Story, Help Others with Theirs Growth isn’t just about what you do—it’s about who you become. When you work on healing your story, you create space to help others do the same.
