Courtney Alexander is a trauma-informed coach who helps others navigate identity, relationships, and faith with authenticity. With years of experience in ministry and leadership, she has seen firsthand how many Christians struggle with transactional views of God, church hurt, and the pressure to follow a formula in their relationships. Courtney is passionate about creating spaces where people feel truly seen—without needing to prove their worth or shrink themselves to fit expectations.

Her experience spans working with nonprofit organizations, churches, small businesses, college & young adult ministries, and online communities. Through these spaces, she has supported people in deepening their self-awareness, breaking free from harmful patterns, and stepping into a more authentic relationship with themselves, others, and God.

As the eldest daughter and a ministry leader, Courtney knows the weight of trying to be “good enough” to earn love—from God, from others, and even from herself. But her own journey led her to break free from religious performance and embrace the truth: she is fully known and fully loved, exactly as she is. Now, she helps others do the same. While Courtney works with women in all relationship stages, she carries a special heart for those navigating unexpected or prolonged singleness.

Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, an MBA with a focus in Ministerial Leadership, and is a graduate of the Freedom Movement Coaching Certificate program. While completing her certification, she met her husband, Nickalis, and they were married in 2024.

Her heart is to help people move beyond rigid expectations, embrace curiosity about their own patterns, and step into a life of freedom, connection, and abundance.
